Does starting your own business consistently gnaw at the back of your mind? Maybe you catch yourself daydreaming about hanging your own shingle only to keep finding reasons not to. Or maybe you already are an entrepreneur, yet you find yourself overwhelmed and not creating the business you envisioned. 

The good news - you are not alone! The entrepreneurial world can be seductive and scary. Join us for a transparent, interactive, and fun look at the world of embracing your inner entrepreneur. 

During this talk we will have honest, first-hand insights into the journey of going from corporate career to entrepreneur, questions for you to consider before taking the leap, and many tools for your entrepreneur survival kit.

If you are interested in a space to get real about the rewards and challenges of transitioning to an entrepreneur life, creating an action plan for your next steps, and gaining some clarity and inspiration to move forward, this is the talk for you.

Our Presenter:  Sarah Schneider

Sarah is an entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and vision generator extraordinaire. She partners with individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to generate clarity, inspiration, and growth. After a decade in the corporate world, Sarah started her own business that aligned her passion and livelihood. Her mission is to create a world where every person can experience an inspired life.

In her corporate days, Sarah worked in the IT space leading the implementation of applications and company-wide change, worked with executives to reorganize people, teams, and systems, facilitated group discussions to understand pain points, motivators, and path forward, partnered with managers and employees to build employee development programs, and lead teams that she helped define and build. 

In addition to two business degrees, Sarah completed a year long accredited ICF coach - training program and is a member of the International Coach Federation.  

Sarah is an avid networker, which includes co-facilitating a referral networking group as well as launching The Badassery Project, a meet-up dedicated to connecting and supporting powerful women. Sarah volunteers her time with Washington Women in Need as a Coaching Program lead, which brings coaching to lower income scholars.
