About the SpeakerSherri Edwards, Principal, The Resource MaximizerSherri held operations/sales management, consulting and training positions in service driven organizations prior to starting her consulting business 12 years ago. She offers coaching for individuals pursuing a career change, either by design or through downsizing, merger, or returning from an extended absence from the workplace. Her clients learn how to identify their workplace demand and value, and how to market themselves effectively to obtain the type of work that fuels their passions and allows them to live their dreams.
In addition to providing one-on-one consulting, Sherri conducts job search and strategic networking workshops for small groups, and outplacement classes for employers. She also provides training classes covering managing multiple commitments, goal setting, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
